Key Duties And Responsibilities Your duties as the Principal Scientist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

• Lead client projects in structural biology, ensuring the delivery of high-quality scientific output and strategic guidance.
• Contribute expert insight into X-ray Crystallography, Cryo‑EM, and related techniques to support project success.
• Mentor and support the development of junior scientists and colleagues across the team.
• Support the introduction of new technologies and scientific innovations to enhance capabilities.
• As the Principal Scientist, you will drive scientific excellence and foster collaborative working across multidisciplinary teams.

Role Requirements To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Principal Scientist, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

• A Degree or higher level in a relevant field (e.g., Structural Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology).
• Proven hands‑on experience with X‑ray Crystallography, Cryo-EM, and associated structural biology techniques.
• Experience leading scientific projects within a CRO, biotech, pharma, or academic environment and understanding the expectations of external stakeholders.
• Strong data interpretation skills and the ability to present scientific findings clearly.
