Principal Software Engineer

We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead technical architecture, full-stack development, and engineering best practices. This role requires deep expertise in React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Java, along with experience designing scalable applications and mentoring engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and Bash.
• Expertise in full-stack application development and system architecture.
• Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and JSON.
• Strong database design and data modeling skills using SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB or Redis.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of software design principles, testing frameworks, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven technical leadership, architecture design, code review, and engineering mentorship experience.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
