Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using .NET / .NET Core, C# and React.js or Angular
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core
• Build reusable and maintainable frontend components using React.js or Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS
• Actively participate in coding, debugging, testing, code reviews and application maintenance
• Assist architects and technical leads with system design and application architecture activities
• Participate in technical discussions and provide inputs on scalability, performance, security and maintainability.Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions
• Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices and design principles
• Mentor and guide developers during design and implementation activities
• Identify and resolve application performance, scalability and reliability issues
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for testing, deployment and release activities
• Evaluate and recommend suitable tools, technologies and development practices where required

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8–10 years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ and RESTful API.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js or Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS
• Good understanding of React Hooks, state management, routing, API integration and reusable component development
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design concepts
• Good understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, dependency injection and clean coding practices
• Experience contributing to system design and application architecture discussion
• Understanding of scalability, performance optimization, security and application reliability
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms
• Proficient with source control tools such as Git and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration and mentoring skills
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, OpenAI, or Azure AI services
