Deliver robust and secure solutions aligned with ISO 20022, SWIFT, SEPA, and other payment formats, ensuring any AI usage adheres to security, data governance, and compliance requirements

Ensure code quality through code reviews, static analysis tools, and adherence to test-driven development; use AI tools to assist with code generation, refactoring, and test creation while maintaining rigorous quality standards.

Work closely with QA and DevOps to ensure smooth CI/CD and release processes, and adopt AI-enabled tooling where it improves productivity and reliability.

Investigate production issues and perform RCA for defects and escalations.

Continuously improve the system through innovation, refactoring, and adoption of emerging technologies, including practical AI/LLM-based solutions that improve productivity, reliability, or customer outcomes
