Principal Solutions Architect

For our client, we are seeking a Principal Solutions Architect to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will shape the architecture strategy for a unified platform that supports complex business offerings and customer needs. You will partner closely with product leaders, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define scalable end-to-end solutions that improve consistency, reusability, and platform efficiency.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in enterprise architecture and solution design, with a strong focus on cloud-native systems, modern UI architecture, and integrated technical ecosystems.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $153,000 – $193,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture strategy for a unified platform supporting the business unit's solution portfolio
• Define end-to-end solution architectures that integrate business offerings
• Establish reusable architecture patterns across multiple technology layers
• Partner with product leaders to translate customer needs into platform capabilities
• Drive AWS-based solution architecture with microservices and event-driven systems
• Lead UI architecture to ensure consistent user experiences across solutions
• Architect integrations across internal and external client environments

Qualifications

• BS plus 15 years of experience, or MS plus 12 years of experience, in enterprise architecture and solution design
• Deep expertise in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM)
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS architecture and cloud-native patterns
• Proven ability to design scalable UI architecture and front-end strategies
• Experience defining reusable capabilities and shared services for platform efficiency
• Fluency in AI-native software delivery practices and modern engineering methodologies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders
