Principal Structural Engineer

As Principal Structural Engineer, you will take a leading technical role in developing practical, buildable structural solutions for complex engineering projects. This is an opportunity to combine deep structural expertise with design assurance, multidisciplinary coordination and mentoring.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead structural engineering design and technical delivery across complex projects.
• Develop and review structural solutions including steel, concrete and foundation systems.
• Provide technical assurance through calculations, design reviews and engineering judgement.
• Coordinate structural requirements with civil, mechanical, electrical and architectural interfaces.
• Resolve complex structural and constructability challenges.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders on technical decisions.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical standards and best practice.
