JOB ROLE: Print CAD Technician

Position: Print Technician
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2-3 Years
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology or relevant field
Salary: As per company standards
Key Responsibilities:
Print CAD Separation: To work on Digital design files for separation adaptable for digital or Screen printing.
Color Matching & Quality Control: Ensure accurate color matching as per design requirements and maintain consistency across batches.
Design Execution: Coordinate with designers to understand artwork development and ensure correct print output on fabrics.
Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements in printing techniques to enhance quality and efficiency.
Documentation: Maintain production records, quality reports, and machine logs.
Technical Skills Required:
Knowledge of textile printing techniques (Screen / Digital Printing)
Understanding of color theory and dyeing processes
Familiarity with Print Softwares (Photoshop / AVA similar tools is an added advantage)
Ability to troubleshoot printing errors
AI: Basic Knowledge to incorporate AI tools in design development process for efficient output.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
