Inspired Printing is a leading Australian digital print, large-format, retail display and signage company, delivering print, fulfilment, distribution and installation solutions nationally.

Based at our modern Campbellfield production facility, we work across digital print, large format, signage, finishing, retail POS, commercial print and national installation.

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Print Estimator to join our team.

The Role

You will work closely with our Account Managers, Project Managers, production teams and suppliers to prepare accurate, competitive and commercially sound quotations across a diverse range of print projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing client briefs, artwork and specifications
• Preparing accurate quotations across digital, commercial and large-format print
• Calculating materials, labour, machine time, finishing, freight and installation costs
• Determining the most efficient production method
• Liaising with production teams and suppliers
• Maintaining accurate costing and pricing information
• Identifying opportunities to improve production efficiency and profitability

About You

We are looking for someone who knows print and understands how jobs move through a production environment.

You will ideally have:

• Proven experience as a Print Estimator or in a similar print industry role
• Strong knowledge of digital and/or large-format print
• Understanding of substrates, finishing processes and production methods
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence working with estimating or MIS software
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Experience in large format, signage, retail POS or installation projects will be highly regarded.
