Print Facility Cut Machine Operator – Full-Time (Day & Night Shifts Available) – $18/hr

**Job Summary:**Benton Lane is looking for a high-energy, competitive, and efficient cutter to join our team at the largest digital printing facility in North America. You’ll cut, trim, and sort wrapping paper and wallpaper. Some days you’ll run wrapping paper on your own, and other days you’ll cut wallpaper alongside a partner, so we need someone who moves with a sense of urgency and works well with a teammate. Speed, efficiency, and communication drive everything we do. Cross-training isn’t guaranteed, but you need to be willing to help with a variety of tasks.

Schedule (Monday – Friday):

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Pay: $18/hour

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain cutters, producing cut wrapping paper and wallpaper for a variety of brands
• Cut wrapping paper independently and cut wallpaper with a partner, keeping a fast, steady pace
• Identify the right paperwork for each order and keep it with the matching cuts
• Make sure blades are set correctly for each product and substrate, and trim product as needed
• Keep product separated, organized, and accessible in common storage areas
• Monitor product quality and report any problems or discrepancies
• Follow manufacturing best practices and all safety requirements
• Keep a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Good teamwork and communication skills for partner-based cutting
• Availability to work Monday – Friday on the day or night shift
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Confident reading and cross-checking order paperwork
• Valid ID and driver’s license
