Print Finalizer Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Finalize artwork and designs, ensuring all printed projects are completed with the utmost precision and efficiency, meeting high-quality standards.

• Adapt existing artwork modifies and resize existing designs while preserving the original design intent and integrity across various formats.

• Review designs for accuracy, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and technical specifications prior to production.

• Collaborate with production and printing teams, work closely with external printing houses to set clear expectations, troubleshoot issues, and resolve any technical challenges that arise during the production process.

• Manage quick revisions, efficiently incorporate last-minute changes and updates as directed by the manager, maintaining a focus on tight deadlines.

• Develop new artwork, create design variations and original artwork based on project requirements and manager requests, contributing to the creative development process.

• Conduct quality reviews and proof all creative deliverables including text, images, and layouts to ensure adherence to brand identity and regulatory compliance.

• Produce high-quality print ready files, prepare and export files for print, ensuring all necessary elements are correctly set up to avoid production issues.

• Track production processes, monitor and document project workflows to ensure that quality standards are upheld and that delivery timelines are consistently met.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

• Proven experience in file finalization and print production processes for at least from 1 to 3 years.
• Experience working with production houses and managing offline projects from start to finish.
