Responsibilities

• Operate large-format printer equipment with precision and efficiency.
• Manage color calibration and color management processes to ensure accurate reproduction of designs.
• Interpret production documents, layout designs, and technical specifications to execute print jobs accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance and mechanical adjustments on industrial equipment to optimize performance.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process to maintain high standards of output.
• Utilize software to prepare files for printing.
• Execute paper cutting, binding, and finishing tasks such as trimming, folding, and assembling printed materials.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to machine operation, printing defects, or material handling promptly.
• Collaborate with design teams or clients to ensure print advertising projects meet specifications and deadlines.
• Maintain detailed records of production runs, machine maintenance logs, and quality reports.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of color management techniques and print reproduction standards would be a PLUS.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Mechanical aptitude for adjusting industrial equipment such as large-format printers.
• Skilled in layout design, typography, and print advertising concepts.
• Ability to interpret complex manufacturing documents accurately and follow detailed instructions.
• Technical proficiency in digital printing technology, screen printing methods, and machining processes.
• Excellent attention to detail for quality control inspections throughout production cycles.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment maintenance routines and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
