Print Pre-Production Assistant

Role Overview

This is an entry-level production role supporting the screen printing pre-production process.

You will assist in preparing screens and materials so production can run efficiently and accurately. You’ll be trained on reclaiming, coating, burning, and ink preparation, with the goal of building full competency over time.

This role requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to follow processes exactly.

Key Responsibilities

• Reclaim screens and prepare them for reuse
• Assist with coating screens with emulsion
• Support burning screens based on provided artwork
• Tape and prep screens for production
• Assist with ink mixing using our in-house system
• Maintain organization of screens and work areas
• Support other departments as needed (production, QC, packing)

Requirements

• No prior experience required (screen printing experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow step-by-step processes
• Reliable and consistent work habits
• Willingness to learn and improve

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
