Print Procurement/Visual Merchandising Project Manager

In this temporary role, you'll coordinate the planning, procurement, production, and delivery of visual merchandising and marketing materials that bring our brand to life. From eye-catching signage and graphics to fixtures, props, and seasonal displays, you'll help ensure every detail comes together seamlessly and on time.

Using your creativity, organizational skills, and eye for detail, you will help bring our brand to life in stores by:

• Coordinate the production, procurement, and delivery of seasonal, promotional, and ongoing signage, graphics, fixtures, props, and other visual materials.
• Obtain quotes, review specifications, place and track orders, coordinate with vendors, and monitor deliveries.
• Oversee timelines, production schedules, orders, and deliverables for visual merchandising initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day requests from stores and the field, including replacement signage, fixtures, hardware, and other visual materials, and coordinate fulfillment through completion.
• Communicate program requirements, updates, changes, and execution expectations clearly and in a timely manner.

Here's what you have:

• 2+ years of experience in print buying, print production, procurement, or a related retail production environment.
• Experience in visual merchandising, retail operations, project management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with retail signage, graphics, fixtures, displays, or other visual merchandising materials preferred.
• Experience managing purchase orders, invoices, expenses, and project costs against approved budgets
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project/order tracking tools; experience with procurement or print management systems is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the print production process, including estimating, specifications, proofing, production, finishing, shipping, and delivery.
• Experience sourcing and managing printers, production vendors, and other external suppliers, including obtaining quotes and negotiating pricing when appropriate.

The hiring range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000. While the compensation within the posted range will vary based on experience, skill set, and internal equity, it is uncommon for new hires to be placed at the top of the range. This is a bonus eligible position.
