Print Production & Customer Service

Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day print production (operate printers/small machines, manage print files, QC).
• Serve walk-in customers and respond to WhatsApp/email enquiries.
• Advise customers on materials, finishes, and design adjustments.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Maintain inventory of materials and keep the workspace organised.
• Troubleshoot basic print/production issues when they arise.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in printing, graphic production, or customer service.
• Basic knowledge of design/print file formats (PDF, AI, PSD).
• Good communication skills; must be confident dealing with customers.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Willing to learn new machines and processes.
