Print Production Operator

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Print Production Operator to join our team.

This is a hands-on position involving all stages of print production, from preparing jobs and operating digital and/or production equipment to finishing, packaging, and preparing completed orders for customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital and commercial printing equipment
• Prepare files and jobs for production
• Review print jobs for accuracy, color, quality, and proper specifications
• Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting
• Load paper and other substrates and monitor equipment during production
• Keep track of job specifications, quantities, and deadlines
• Perform quality control throughout the production process
• Maintain a clean and organized production area
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines
• Assist with other production duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a commercial printing or experience operating digital presses, copiers, cutters, or finishing equipment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and follow job tickets and production instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve production problems
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple jobs
• Ability to lift (50lbs) and move boxes and paper/materials as needed

We are looking for a team member who is dependable, willing to learn, and able to adapt to changing production priorities.

Printing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
