About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Screen Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the digital screen press to produce high-quality finished products.

Responsibilities

• Operating the screen press for book manufacturing
• Collaborating with other team members to meet production deadlines
• Duties including the diagnosis and repair of any issues that arrise during operations, minimizing downtime and ensuring efficient production.
• Inspection of finished product to ensure they meet required quality standards
• Must follow ALL safety procedures applicable.
• Record information about production runs, materials used, cycle times, and any issues encountered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience on a digital screen press
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years college or technical training preferred

Pay range and compensation

$28.00+ based on experience, health, dental, vision, 401K
