Lead the team. Own the process. Deliver exceptional print quality.

Are you a hands-on production leader who knows how to keep equipment running, teams working together, and quality standards high? We’re looking for a Print Supervisor to lead daily digital printing operations, support and develop team members, and help drive safe, efficient, high-quality production.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the production floor, solving problems, improving workflows, and taking pride in the finished product. If you bring printing or manufacturing experience, strong mechanical instincts, and a people-first leadership style, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Lead and Develop the Team

  • Supervise and support Runners, providing direction, training, coaching, and constructive feedback.
  • Coordinate daily staffing and production priorities to keep work moving efficiently.
  • Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in hiring, performance management, and other employee-related decisions.

Keep Production Running Smoothly

  • Oversee daily digital print production, balancing workflow, staffing, materials, and deadlines.
  • Operate, clean, and maintain presses to support reliable equipment performance and consistent output.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate additional support when needed.
  • Manage consumables and inventory while monitoring production metrics and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure jobs are completed accurately and on time.

Make Quality and Safety a Priority

  • Maintain a safety-first production environment and ensure team members follow established procedures.
  • Support safety training, documentation, and timely resolution of workplace concerns.
  • Monitor print quality, perform inspections, and make appropriate process adjustments.
  • Address quality issues promptly and help ensure every job meets established standards.
  • Use materials responsibly and maintain accurate production and equipment records.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital printing or a similar production environment.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain production equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and color perception.
  • A track record of coaching team members and creating a productive, collaborative work environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort using cloud-based systems and production management software.
  • Reliable attendance and the ability to commute consistently to the worksite.

What to Expect

This is an active, hands-on production role. You’ll spend time on the production floor, working around operating machinery and typical manufacturing conditions. The position requires standing and moving throughout the workday, frequent bending and other physical movements, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Appropriate personal protective equipment is used when working around equipment, materials, and chemicals. Reasonable accommodations may be available to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the role.

Ready to Make an Impact?

If you’re a practical, quality-minded leader who can motivate a team, solve problems, and keep production moving, we encourage you to apply. Bring your printing knowledge and leadership skills to a role where your work makes a difference every day.
