Join Ricoh as a Printer & Healthcare Technology Field Technician and play a critical role supporting healthcare professionals throughout the Mission Hospital Network. You'll maintain and repair essential print and document technology that helps hospital teams care for patients and keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do

✅ Troubleshoot and repair printers, copiers, and multifunction devices

✅ Respond to service requests across healthcare facilities

✅ Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak performance

✅ Provide outstanding customer support to hospital staff

✅ Manage service calls independently and efficiently

✅ Learn and develop advanced technical troubleshooting skills through hands-on training

✅ Help support critical healthcare operations with reliable technology services

What We're Looking For

✔ Strong customer service and communication skills

✔ Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities

✔ Comfort working independently

✔ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

✔ Experience with electronics, technology, hardware, maintenance, repair, networking, or IT support is a plus

✔ Previous customer-facing experience preferred

✔ Technical school, vocational training, or IT education is a bonus
