Printer Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Printer Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining efficient production workflows. Candidates with experience in screen or inline printing, prepress, and color management will thrive in this position.

Duties

• Operate and monitor printing equipment.
• Manage preprinting processes, including color management and proofing, to ensure color accuracy and consistency across print runs.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to identify and correct issues related to print quality or machine performance.
• Perform routine maintenance on printing machinery and troubleshoot technical problems promptly to minimize downtime.
• Assist with material handling using forklifts or other equipment as needed for efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety standards.

Experience

• Proven experience in screen or inline printing, flexo press operation, or related manufacturing environments preferred.
• Familiarity with prepress processes, color management techniques, and layout design principles.
• Knowledge of CNC machining, typography, print advertising production, and quality control procedures is a plus.
• Experience working with machinery such as CNC equipment or machining tools is advantageous.
• This role requires a dedicated professional capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per year
