What they need
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and scanners.
- Resolve issues related to print quality, paper jams, drivers, and connectivity.
- Configure network printers using IP addresses.
- Provide basic support for LAN, Wi-Fi, and Windows-related issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain printer assets, service records, and consumables.
- Provide timely support to end users and escalate complex issues when required.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, printers, and networking.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to client locations, if required.
