Printing Operator

We are a small but growing, Christian faith-based company looking for a reliable, motivated and detail-oriented Printing Operator to join our team.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a close-knit team and wants to grow with a developing business.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience operating digital printers
• Have CorelDRAW experience — advantageous
• Have a strong eye for detail and quality
• Be organised, reliable and able to meet deadlines
• Be willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Be able to work independently as well as part of a small team
• Take pride in producing high-quality work
• Excellent communication skills, and customer service
• Share and respect our Christian faith-based values and workplace culture

Key responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring printing equipment
• Preparing and checking artwork and files for print
• Using CorelDRAW and other relevant software
• Maintaining consistent print quality
• Completing finishing and preparing orders
• Meeting production deadlines
• Keeping equipment and the workspace clean and organised
• Working positively and professionally with the rest of the team
• Assist walk in clients
• Oversee daily orders
