About the role

Printing Production Worker in the manufacturing and printing industry. The role involves operating printing and production machines, assisting with various production activities, and ensuring product quality and safety standards are maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Operate printing and production machines according to work instructions and production requirements
• Assist with printing, cutting, folding, packaging and other production activities
• Inspect printed materials to ensure product quality, quantity and specifications meet requirements
• Perform basic machine setup, cleaning and routine maintenance
• Follow the production schedule and complete assigned tasks on time
• Handle raw materials and finished products properly to prevent damage and material wastage
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized production area
• Follow company safety regulations, production procedures and quality standards
• Report any machine breakdowns, production issues or quality problems to the supervisor promptly
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by the supervisor

About you

• Basic understanding of printing and production processes
• Good attention to detail and observation skills
• Able to identify basic printing and production quality issues
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to follow work instructions and complete production tasks within the required timeframe
• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
• Basic reading and writing skills in Bahasa Melayu, English and Chinese
• Basic Mathematics skills
• Minimum 1 year of working experience preferred
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
