Job Title: Supervisor - Printing Department

Summary: The Supervisor in the Printing Department will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring quality control, and managing a team of printing technicians. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of printing processes.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of printing technicians
• Experience in UV/ Solvent/ ECO/ Die Sublimation
• Ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained
• Train and mentor team members on printing techniques and equipment operation
• Monitor inventory levels and order printing supplies as needed
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in the printing department

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a printing department
• Proven experience in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of printing processes and equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
