What they need
Responsibilites:
- Supervise printing operators and manage day-to-day flexible packaging printing operations.
- Ensure printed films meet approved customer artwork, colour, registration and quality specifications.
- Monitor printing parameters and troubleshoot colour variation, registration issues, ink and print-quality defects during production.
- Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, housekeeping and production standards on the printing floor.
Requirements:
- Strong supervisory experience in flexible packaging printing.
- Hands-on experience with Flexographic or Rotogravure printing processes.
- Good knowledge of inks, colour matching, registration and print quality control.
- Strong leadership and ability to make quick technical decisions during live production runs.
