About the role

A Printing Technician responsible for pre-press preparation, printing operations, quality control, and machine maintenance in a printing production environment. The role involves managing printing equipment, ensuring product quality standards, and supporting continuous production workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Check artwork files and job orders for accuracy and completeness
• Verify readiness of printing plates, materials, and machinery before starting work
• Prepare equipment and materials for printing, including ink, film, and printing plates
• Operate and monitor printing machines according to production plans
• Configure printing machines for colour, speed, and print position to meet standards
• Record production data including output volume, productivity, and waste
• Troubleshoot and resolve printing issues to maintain continuous production
• Inspect print quality during and after production
• Verify colour accuracy, sharpness, neatness, and print positioning
• Identify and report non-conforming work with recommended corrective actions

About you

• Secondary education, vocational certificate (ปวช.), higher vocational certificate (ปวส.), or bachelor's degree in printing, printing technology, industrial technology, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in printing work
• Experience with packaging printing, offset printing, flexographic printing, or gravure printing is highly valued
• Experience working with film, plastic, or various printing materials is advantageous
• Knowledge and understanding of printing processes and quality control
• Attention to detail and ability to inspect work thoroughly
• Ability to read and understand production documents and printing specifications
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with others
• Ability to work overtime as required by production schedules
