Prior Authorization Callers

• Submit prior authorization requests with all necessary documentation
• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits
• Collect and maintain accurate medical records and documents
• Liaise with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients
• Address and resolve prior authorization denials, including appeals
• Ensure adherence to insurance guidelines and HIPAA regulations
• Inform and assist patients with the prior authorization process
• Generate and analyze reports on authorization requests
• Work with billing, coding staff, and healthcare providers to streamline processes
• Identify and implement improvements in the prior authorization workflow
