Prior Authorization Callers

• Submit prior authorization requests with all necessary documentation.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits.
• Collect and maintain accurate medical records and documents.
• Liaise with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients.
• Address and resolve prior authorization denials, including appeals.
• Ensure adherence to insurance guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
• Inform and assist patients with the prior authorization process.
• Generate and analyze reports on authorization requests.
• Work with billing, coding staff, and healthcare providers to streamline processes.
• Identify and implement improvements in the prior authorization workflow.
