Privacy Analyst

🚀 We’re hiring: Senior Privacy Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Privacy Analyst to support GDPR compliance, data protection processes, and privacy risk management within an international financial services environment.

This role focuses on Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Privacy by Design, and regulatory compliance , ensuring that privacy requirements are effectively integrated into business processes and technology projects.

🎯 Your mission

• Conduct privacy reviews for new business and technology projects
• Prepare and review PIAs and DPIAs
• Identify privacy risks and support remediation activities
• Ensure privacy requirements are considered throughout product design and development
• Provide guidance on GDPR compliance and data protection matters
• Support data retention processes, privacy notices, and cookie compliance
• Participate in data mapping and inventory activities
• Prepare privacy compliance reports, dashboards, and documentation
• Track Privacy Office metrics and support privacy awareness initiatives
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, IT, and business stakeholders
• Communicate with vendors and customers on privacy-related matters when required

🧭 You bring

• Commercial experience in data privacy, GDPR compliance, or data protection
• Strong understanding of GDPR and personal data protection principles
• Experience preparing and reviewing PIAs and DPIAs
• Knowledge of privacy risks associated with technology and business projects
• Experience collaborating with IT, product, legal, and business teams
• Understanding of data processing, privacy documentation, and compliance processes
• Ability to assess technical and business processes from a privacy perspective
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong professional English
• Ability to work independently in an international environment

✨ Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or the payments industry
• Knowledge of Privacy by Design principles
• Experience with data mapping, RoPA, and data retention policies
• Familiarity with cookie compliance, consent management, and privacy notices
• Experience supporting privacy remediation programmes
• Knowledge of privacy management platforms such as OneTrust
• Experience preparing compliance reports and dashboards
• CIPP/E, CIPM, or similar privacy certifications
