Private Associate Dentist Opportunity – Independent Practice, North Plymouth

We are delighted to invite applications for a motivated and caring dentist to join our friendly, family-owned independent practice in North Plymouth. This is a wonderful opportunity to take over from a highly respected colleague who will be relocating away from Plymouth with their family.

Our practice has a strong reputation for providing high-quality, patient-centred care. As a referral practice for endodontics, we are particularly supportive of clinicians who wish to develop advanced skills, with mentoring available for those interested in expanding their expertise.

We warmly welcome applications from dentists who are developing, or would like to develop, a clinical special interest. This may include areas such as:

• Restorative dentistry
• Aesthetic dentistry
• Advanced prevention and periodontal care
• Oral surgery and implant dentistry

This role would be especially suited to a dentist who:

• Takes pride in providing thoughtful, high-quality dentistry
• Values building long-term relationships with patients
• Enjoys being part of a supportive, collaborative team
• Communicates clearly and ethically, always putting patients first
• Is keen to grow professionally within a progressive independent practice

Role details:

• 2 days per week available (Tuesday and Wednesday)
• Self-employed private associate position
• Based in Plymouth
• Start date from November 2026
