ABOUT THE POSITION:

THIS IS A 100% COMMISSION-BASED POSITION.

Paradise Jets, a growing luxury aviation company based in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a self-motivated, fully commissioned PRIVATE JET SALES QUOTER who is driven to win and comfortable working on a fully commission-based compensation structure. You should possess a competitive spirit with strong follow-thru skills, and willing to be an integral part in helping us expand our charter sales division.

As a Sales Quoter, your role is to fervently monitor our request for quote system, quickly analyze and identify viable trips based on both established and evolving factors, compile quotes accordingly, and communicate with clients via email, phone, and/or text to book the quoted trip. Your ability to quickly access these opportunities, make accurate data-driven decisions, and continually follow-up is vital to your success in this rewarding position.

Therefore, as the ideal person for this important entry-level sales position, you must embrace the nuances of private aviation, thrive in high demand, fast-paced environments, and proactively manage multiple tasks and customer inquiries simultaneously with great urgency and accuracy. You also need a thorough knowledge of spreadsheets, a general grasp of geographical locations within the United States, and a relative ease in learning industry-specific programs. We will train you on the needed aviation knowledge in order to thrive in this role.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are critical as a Sales Quoter, as well as providing friendly, optimistic service at all times. You should also possess a strong desire to always get better and be proactively looking for ways we can deliver more value and exceptional experiences to our clients.

A Sales Quoter located in metro Phoenix is preferred but not required. Previous experience in charter aviation sales is also preferred but not required as comprehensive training will be provided so you can quickly acquire and apply the necessary skills to start earning income. You must pass a background and drug/alcohol test.

Compensation is fully commission-based and includes production based bonuses.
