Private Bank, Client Service Officer

About the role

To support Private Wealth Management Relationship Manager(s) in providing client service to the clients and ensuring that all KYCs (Know Your Customers) and documentation relating to PWM transactions are in order.

Key responsibilities

• Support the team by providing administration duties such as ensuring account opening forms are in order, initiate and/or follow up on account opening documents and/or any other documents relating to PB transactions as well as interface with clients to ensure completeness of documentation
• Ensure efficient & prompt management of orders, execution of transactions (eg equity, FX, bonds, investment products)
• Be proactive in liaising and following up with the various departments to ensure the work is done promptly
• Provide necessary information to RMs and Product Specialists to ensure transactions for clients are carried out properly
• Provide necessary information to RMs so that they have sufficient information to manage relationships effectively
• Ensure that all legal & compliance guidelines are adhered to, working with back office to minimize operational errors
• Work with manager to ensure the team complies with Bank and regulatory requirements
• Carry out any other duties as directed by Company Management

About you

• Diploma or Degree holder
• Minimally 5-7 years' working experience, preferably in private banking
