As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team with a Private Banking Assistant to support our mission.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Trade execution (stocks, bonds, funds, structured products)
• 3-5 years of experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management Division / Institutional Business Division in a brokerage firm serving HNWIs / FIs
• Extensive knowledge of financial instruments and products (bonds, equities, funds, derivatives, and structured products)
• Real hands-on experience with clients including trade execution, product suitability testing, funding in and out, and creating deposits and loans
• Familiar with account opening procedures and KYC requirements in private banks and brokerage firms
• Interests in the financial markets
• Attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• Fluent in Mandarin, professional proficiency in reading and writing in English and Cantonese is a plus
