Private Barber Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced barber to become part of a new upscale men’s grooming, style, and lifestyle concept coming to the Columbus area.

This will not be a traditional barbershop environment.

The concept is being built around an exclusive, personal, and intentional experience, bringing together men’s grooming, personal style, custom clothing, alterations, and other premium services in a more private, appointment-driven setting.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Is highly skilled in men’s cuts, fades, lineups, beard grooming, and traditional full-face shaves

Understands how to serve a professional and high-end clientele

Is polished, dependable, organized, and attentive to detail

Is comfortable working in an appointment-focused environment

Understands hospitality, discretion, and relationship-building

Maintains a clean and professional workspace

Wants to be part of something being intentionally built for long-term growth

An established clientele is preferred but not required.

For the right barber, what matters most is already having the skill, professionalism, and mindset to provide an elevated experience. There will also be opportunities to build clientele through relationships and referrals generated within the space.

We are especially interested in someone who understands that grooming is not simply a service—it is part of a gentleman’s overall presentation.
