Private Caregiver

Job Summary

Duties

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Provide patient care including medication administration, wound care, and health monitoring
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and preferences
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing to maintain a tidy living space
• Support clients with mobility challenges through safe lifting and transfer techniques
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Experience

• Prior experience in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly desirable
• Proven background in senior care, hospice care, or home care environments
• Demonstrated ability to handle heavy lifting safely and effectively
• Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate approach to patient needs
• Familiarity with cleaning routines and maintaining hygiene standards in a home setting
