The All Seniors Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to enhancing the lives of seniors in our community. we offer a variety of services, including in-home care, to help seniors maintain their dignity and independence as they age. Our mission is to ensure every senior feels valued, supported, and cared for in a nurturing environment.

Job Summary we are looking for compassionate and dependable Private Caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will provide vital in-home support to seniors, assisting with daily activities and promoting their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed.

• Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.

• Offer companionship through conversation, reading, games, or other enriching activities.

• Support clients with mobility and transfers, using proper techniques to ensure safety.

• Monitor clients’ health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the care team.

• Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, or social outings as required.

• Follow individualized care plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality.

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy character.

• Ability to work independently and remain calm in emergencies.

• Physical capability to assist with mobility, transfers, and light lifting.

• Prior experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

• CPR and first aid certification is a plus.

• Knowledge of dementia or Alzheimer’s care techniques is advantageous.

• Strong communication skills and a positive, uplifting attitude.

Work Environment

• Deliver one-on-one care in clients’ homes.

• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
