POSITION: PRIVATE CHEF

DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a High-Level Private Chef with a strong Plant-Based culinary background to work closely with a Multi-Millionaire Private Client (Sir Jethro Cerezo), the CEO of 3 Businesses, an Athlete-in-Training, and a Singer/Performer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST HAVE Professional / Private Chef Experience
• Must Have At Least 1+ YEAR of Experience
• Strong Background in Plant-Based Cooking / Cuisine
• Willing to STAY-IN
• Can Work ON-SITE FULL TIME = 5 Days A Week
• Can Work With or Without a Team
• Can Work With Less Supervision
• Can Work With Projects and Hit Deadlines

  REQUIRED EXPERTISE:
• Strong background in Plant-Based Cooking
• At least 1-2 years of experience in plant-based / healthy cooking
• Can prepare nutritious, balanced, and flavorful meals
• Knowledge of healthy ingredients and proper food preparation
• Can prepare meals suitable for an athlete and an active lifestyle
• Can adjust meals based on the client's preferences and schedule
• Good knowledge of food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization
• Can prepare healthy snacks, smoothies, and beverages
• Can manage grocery lists and ingredient sourcing
• Creative and willing to develop new healthy meal options

PRIVATE HOUSEHOLD / KITCHEN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks based on dietary requirements
• Create simple and healthy weekly meal plans
• Prepare high-quality plant-based meals
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary
• Properly store and maintain food and ingredients
• Monitor food inventory and freshness
• Adjust meals based on the client's schedule, preferences, and activities
• Prepare meals according to proper portions and timing
• Prepares food for JET Employees.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and cleanliness inside the household
• Coordinate with the JET Medical Team regarding the client’s dietary requirements, medical conditions, food
  restrictions, allergies, nutritional needs, and other health-related considerations. Ensure that meal plans and
  food preparation are aligned with the recommendations and instructions provided by the Medical Team.
• Assists in other things that are needed.
