Private Client Director

Are you an experienced Wealth Adviser or financial-services professional who enjoys building relationships with high-net-worth clients and has a strong commercial mindset?

Join a globally established investment and wealth management organisation growing its presence across New Zealand.
This is a relationship and business-development focused role, working with high-net-worth and wholesale investors. You’ll be supported by dedicated marketing, investment and client-service teams, allowing you to focus on building relationships and converting opportunities.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Building relationships with HNW and wholesale investors
• Engaging with qualified leads and developing new business
• Understanding client goals and investment objectives
• Presenting wealth and investment solutions
• Managing opportunities through to onboarding
• Building a strong client pipeline
• Representing a respected global investment organisation

We’re open to professionals from backgrounds including:

• Wealth & Financial Advice
• Private Banking
• Investment & Portfolio Management
• Funds Management
• Private Wealth
• Business or Investment Advisory
• Property Investment

Ideally, you’ll have:

• 5+ years' financial-services experience
• Experience working with HNW or sophisticated clients
• Strong relationship-building and business-development skills
• Commercial confidence and excellent communication skills
• The ability to work autonomously and manage your own pipeline

You don’t necessarily need a traditional Private Wealth background. We’re also interested in people who have advised property investors, retirees, business owners or affluent families and are looking to move into a more commercially focused wealth environment.
