Role Overview

The Private Client Group (PCG) desk is expanding its equity advisory operations across three key leadership and operational tiers: Individual Advisor, Team Leader, and Group Advisory Leader. These roles focus directly on High-Net-Worth (HNI) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNI) client coverage. Unlike traditional product distribution profiles, these positions are market-facing, requiring active execution capabilities and direct engagement with equity markets across Cash, Derivatives, and Options.

Hiring Tracks & Experience Level Requirements

Track 1: Advisor PCG (Individual Contributor)

• Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
• Profile Type: Individual contributor running a personal book with full client acquisition and retention responsibility.
• Execution Expectation: Hands-on experience in trading and order punching is strictly required. Relationship-only advisors without execution experience do not fit this profile.
• Mandatory Transition Note: After completing two years in the role, a cross-selling target will be introduced in addition to the core advisory target.

Track 2: Team Leader Advisory (Playing Captain)

• Experience Required: Minimum 5 years
• Profile Type: Playing Captain carrying dual responsibilityboth a personal target and a team target.
• Execution Expectation: Must actively trade, punch orders, and directly cover their own client book while simultaneously managing team members.
• Portability Mandate: Must bring a team of 4 to 5 advisory professionals upon joining.

Track 3: Group Advisory Leader (Non-Playing Captain)

• Experience Required: Minimum 15 years
• Profile Type: Non-Playing Captain focused entirely on team management and business driving with no personal advisory target.
• Execution Expectation: Hands-on order punching is not required.
• Portability Mandate: Must bring a team of 8 to 10 advisory professionals and successfully transition at least 50% of their existing client base onto the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire, build, and manage relationships with HNI and UHNI investors.
• Provide active market advice and trading recommendations spanning Cash, Options, and Derivatives.
• Oversee the complete client lifecycle, ensuring both initial onboarding and long-term client retention.
• Execute trades and punch orders directly on market platforms for individual advisory and playing captain roles.
• Drive team revenue targets, manage advisor performance, and seamlessly transition existing client books onto the platform for leadership roles.

Candidate Qualifications & Eligibility

• Deep product knowledge and active trading experience in cash, derivatives, and options markets.
• Current or prior experience within a retail or full-service broking house running high-value advisory accounts.
• Demonstrated capability in both acquiring new clients and retaining existing client relationships.
• For leadership tracks, clear contractual portability to transition teams and client bases in accordance with notice obligations and non-solicit terms.
