They are now looking for a senior solicitor or associate to join their private client team, with a focus on trusts and estates.

About the role:

As a pivotal member of the private client team, you will have the privilege of working on a captivating array of matters encompassing the entire spectrum of the private client space.

From orchestrating trust restructures and establishing new trusts to drafting trust deeds, asset restructuring, Enduring Powers of Attorneys, and navigating the intricacies of wills, estates and asset planning, you will be sure to have a varied day-today. This role is ideally suited for individuals who possess a motivation to delve deeper into the realm of private client law, especially trusts and estates, allowing them to evolve into true subject matter experts.

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will exude a deep understanding of private client law, complemented by 3-5+ years PQE. You will have excellent client management with a natural talent for cultivating and building enduring connections. This role demands impeccable communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to navigate complex legal landscapes with confidence and finesse.

Importantly, collaboration is ingrained in your work style, and you thrive in a team-oriented environment but also enjoys having an autonomous position all at the same time.
