Private Client Risk Manager – High-Net-Worth Job Summary Seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Private Client Risk Manager to support a growing private client insurance practice. This role focuses on advising high-net-worth individuals and families, identifying potential exposures, and developing comprehensive insurance and risk management strategies tailored to their needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent relationship-building skills, and a consultative approach to client service. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families, gaining a thorough understanding of their assets, exposures, and insurance needs.
• Conduct comprehensive coverage reviews to identify potential gaps and recommend customized insurance and risk management solutions.
• Evaluate complex personal insurance exposures, including high-value homes, automobiles, fine art, collections, watercraft, and other valuable assets.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Producers, and insurance carrier partners to develop and implement effective client strategies.
• Support renewal planning, account reviews, and client meetings to ensure appropriate coverage and continued client satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and assistance during claims and other complex or time-sensitive insurance matters.
• Stay informed about insurance market trends, carrier offerings, and emerging risks affecting affluent clients.
• Deliver exceptional, high-touch client service while maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the private client practice through collaboration and strategic client advisory services.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
• Previous experience in a retail insurance brokerage, preferably in personal lines insurance or risk management.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or specialized personal insurance exposures is preferred but not required.
• Candidates with middle-market or standard personal lines insurance experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of personal insurance products, coverage structures, and risk management principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to assess complex insurance needs and clearly communicate coverage recommendations.
