Private Client Senior Associate

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced private client lawyer to join a highly regarded team at a leading offshore law firm in Jersey.

About the Role

The team works mainly on high-end trusts matters, acting for HNW and UHNW individuals, families and trustees. As such, the role would suit a private client lawyer who would enjoy a broad and varied trusts practice.

Responsibilities

• Acting for HNW and UHNW individuals, families and trustees on high-end trusts matters.
• Running your own matters with supervision from partners.
• Working directly with clients.
• Supporting more junior members of the team.

Experience

• We are looking for associates or senior associates with 5+ years’ PQE.
• Current or recent experience in a highly rated London private client team or a tier one national or regional team.
• Confidence running your own matters.
• Ability to work directly with clients.
• Ability to support more junior members of the team.
• No previous offshore experience is needed.

Pay range and compensation package

• The firm offers a competitive, London-level salary.
• The standard rate of income tax in Jersey is only 20%.
• A generous relocation package is provided.
