The role

With their new Leigh-on-Sea office opening and a fantastic client base to support, they’re looking to welcome a confident, compassionate Solicitor to their successful Private Client team.

You’ll play an important role in advising both existing and new clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring every person feels respected, understood and in safe hands from their first conversation through to the final outcome.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll provide tailored legal advice while helping maintain the high-quality, personable service the firm is known for. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Building strong, lasting client relationships through professionalism, empathy and a personal approach.
• Meeting clients both in person and remotely, ensuring they feel comfortable, supported and confident throughout the process.
• Providing clear, practical and sensitive legal advice tailored to each client’s individual circumstances.
• Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate, LPAs and Court of Protection matters.
• Drafting legal documents accurately, with excellent attention to detail.
• Maintaining excellent file management and ensuring compliance with SRA regulations.
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve monthly targets and KPIs.
• Contributing to the continued growth of the firm’s brand by identifying new opportunities and developing strong, lasting relationships.
