An established and growing South Coast law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Lawyer (2+ PQE) to join its well-regarded private client team in West Sussex.

The Role

You will manage a varied private client caseload, advising individuals and families on a broad range of matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection matters
• Trust creation and administration
• Tax and succession planning

You will work closely with experienced colleagues while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or experienced Private Client Lawyer
• Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Strong technical knowledge across private client matters
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Able to manage a caseload independently
• Commercially aware and proactive in developing relationships

The Package

• Salary: £48,000 - £60,000
• Bonus scheme worth circa £10,000 per annum
