Associate Dentist One Day Per Week

We’re a young, ambitious private dental practice that started building in 2023 and opened our doors in 2024. Since then, we’ve grown quickly, but we’ve been determined to make sure that growth never comes at the expense of what matters to us most: our patients, our team and the culture we’ve created.

We’re now looking for an Associate Dentist to join us one day per week.

Our practice is a little different.

We’ve put a huge amount of thought into creating an environment that feels beautiful, calm, welcoming and professional. From the way the practice is decorated and maintained, to the facilities we provide for our staff, we believe that the devil is in the detail.

We want our patients to feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through the door and we want our team to feel exactly the same.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, personable and genuinely cares about people.

Clinical ability is important, of course, but for us, personality, attitude and communication skills are just as important as technical ability.

You’ll need to be someone who:

• Has a GDC number and a BDS (Or equivalent)
• Communicates clearly and confidently with patients and colleagues
• Has excellent interpersonal skills and enjoys building genuine relationships
• Is friendly, approachable and easy to work with
• Takes pride in providing an exceptional level of patient care
• Is honest and always puts the patient’s best interests first
• Has good general dental skills and is keen to continue developing
• Is motivated, reliable and takes pride in their work
• Notices the small things and understands that attention to detail matters
• Enjoys being part of a close-knit team
• Is enthusiastic about private dentistry and delivering a high-quality patient experience
• Has a positive, can-do attitude and wants to contribute to a growing practice

We’d particularly love to hear from someone who is early in their career or looking to develop their private dentistry experience, although we’re much more interested in finding the right person than simply ticking boxes.
