• Driving days are issued out on a Friday for the following week
• Would only be suitable for someone who is flexible and doesn't rely on this job as their only income (like someone who is retired or is currently a taxi driver)

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Private Driver Ad-Hoc Part-Time to provide exceptional transportation services on a flexible basis. This role involves driving our directors or senior staff members to meetings around the country. The are normally half or full days on the road with 1 or 2 days per week. You will be driving our luxury SUV.

Duties

• Safely operate a variety of vehicles (CARS) to transport clients as needed
• Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals and departures for all scheduled trips
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage or heavy items, demonstrating strong heavy lifting skills when required
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to keep vehicles in optimal condition
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding pick-up times, routes, and any potential delays or issues
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle condition for reporting purposes
• Adapt quickly to changing schedules or last-minute requests while maintaining a positive attitude

Requirements

• Proven experience as a driver or commercial driver with a clean driving licence
• Strong driving skills with knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
• Experience in delivery driving or similar roles involving frequent stops and route navigation
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge to identify issues early and ensure safety standards are met
• Flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis with availability during Mon to Thurs
