Private driver

Overview

We are currently recruiting a private/family driver in London to be responsible for the daily pick-up and drop-off of the CEO and his family. The main areas of activity include Central London, West London, the City, and surrounding areas of London, with specific itineraries subject to the day's arrangements.

Mandarin speaker is must

Working Hours & Schedule:

• Standard Workdays: 22 days per month, 10 hours per day.
• Employment Status: Self-employed.

Vehicle: Vehicle provided. Pick up and return to CEO's home

Salary & Compensation Structure (Wire transfer or in Cash）:

• Guaranteed Base Salary : £3,500 monthly base pay (based on 22 days/month, 10 hours/day).
• Overtime: £18/hour for any daily hours worked over 10 hours, unless compensatory time off is granted within the same week.
• Extra Days: £160/day for any working days worked beyond the 22-day monthly baseline.
• CEO Holiday Allowance: When the CEO is away on holiday, the driver may take leave. If the CEO is away for an entire calendar month and no driving duties are required, 50% of the base salary will be paid.

Requirements:

• Have a legal work status in the United Kingdom;
• Hold a valid United Kingdom driving license with a good driving record;
• Familiar with the road conditions in central London, especially Central London / City / West London;
• Experience in private driving, executive driving, family driving, and hotel/business pick-up and drop-off is preferred;
• Punctual, steady, discreet, with a sense of boundaries, and strong service awareness;
• Be willing to accept temporary route adjustments and flexible working hours;
• Those who can provide Right to Work, DVLA check code, DBS, and references are preferred.

Pay: £3,500.00-£4,000.00 per month
