Position Overview

As a Private Duty Floater Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, individualized nursing care in patients' homes while adapting to changing care needs. This role is ideal for a flexible, experienced nurse comfortable caring for pediatric and adult patients with complex medical needs across multiple care settings.

Compensation Benefits

Pay is set at twenty-nine dollars per hour, plus mileage reimbursement. The schedule provides guaranteed forty hours per week and includes a comprehensive benefits package offering health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, retirement savings options, ongoing training, and clinical support.

Required Clinical Skills

The ideal nurse demonstrates confidence with gastrostomy tube care, tracheostomy care, ventilator management, pediatric care, and adult care. Training and certification are provided upon hire as needed.
