Golden Healthcare Services Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Private Duty Nurse to join our team in Stone Park, IL. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, individualized patient care in private home settings according to the established plan of care
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, health status, and changes in condition
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team regarding patient progress
• Perform skilled nursing procedures including wound care, catheter care, and IV therapy
• Educate patients and family members on care techniques, medications, and health management
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records

Requirements:

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Illinois
• Previous private duty, home health, or in-home care nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in the Stone Park, IL area
