Private Equity Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis, valuation, and financial modeling for investment opportunities
• Conduct end-to-end due diligence including financial, operational, and strategic assessment
• Participate in deal execution activities including structuring, negotiations, and transaction closure
• Research industry trends, market conditions, and identify potential investment opportunities
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and investment thesis for senior management review
• Support portfolio companies through strategic planning and performance monitoring
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional global teams on investment initiatives
• Analyze risks, growth opportunities, and operational efficiencies across portfolio companies
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail while managing multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 Plus years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Corporate Finance
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Self-driven candidate capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with global stakeholders
• MBA/CFA candidates will be preferred
• Strong understanding of technology-enabled services, software, and business services sectors
