Private Equity Associate

Principle Recruiting is partnering with a Chambers-ranked private equity and M&A firm on its search for a Corporate / Private Equity M&A Associate in Los Angeles or Orange County .

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing middle-market private equity platform founded by former AmLaw 10 partners. The firm represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies across the full range of middle-market transactions, including buyouts, add-on acquisitions, growth equity investments, debt financing and exits.

What they're looking for:

• Class of 2023 or more senior
• Private equity and M&A experience at a large or elite firm, ideally on the sponsor side
• Experience running due diligence, drafting purchase agreements and ancillary documents, and managing deal workstreams
• Superior academic and professional credentials
• Admission to the California, New York, or Texas Bar, or the ability to waive in
